Financial Policy

Patient Billing

At Central Pennsylvania Endodontics we make every effort to provide you with the finest care and the most convenient financial options.

We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at State College Office Phone Number814-238-4400. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

We work hand-in-hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. If you have any problems or questions, please ask our staff. They are well informed and up-to-date. They can be reached by phone at State College Office Phone Number814-238-4400.

Please call if you have any questions or concerns regarding your initial visit.

Please bring your insurance information with you to the consultation so that we can expedite reimbursement.

We participate with United Concordia, MetLife, Guardian, Aetna, Sunlife and some Capital Blue Cross plans. We will submit these claims and collect any co-pay or non-covered expenses at the time of service. Please note the amount collected as the “co-pay” is an estimate. If your insurance company pays more/less than expected, we will send you either a reimbursement check or a statement to show any balance.

Claims for all other insurance plans will be submitted as a courtesy to our patients. We will collect the procedure fee at the time of service and you will then be reimbursed directly from your insurance carrier.
