Financial Policy

Patient Billing

For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Financing is available through CareCredit and CitiHealth cards.  We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at 814-238-4400. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

We participate with Delta Dental, MetLife, Guardian, United Concordia and some Capital Blue Cross plans.  We will submit these claims and collect any co-pay or non-covered expenses at the time of service.  Please note the amount collected as the "co-pay" is an estimate.  If your insurance company pays more/less than expected, we will send you either a reimbursement check or a statement to show any balance.

Claims for all other insurance plans (such as School Claims, Aetna, etc.) will be submitted as a courtesy to our patients.  We will collect the procedure fee at the time of service and you will then be reimbursed directly from your insurance carrier.
